Management Biographies

Lee Daniel, III, President & CEO (Fort Lupton, Colorado)
Mr. Daniel founded LEED Energy Services (LEED) in February of 1990 and
he has been President & CEO since that time. Prior to founding LEED he
was the President and COO of Oil Field Rental Service Company (OFRS)
in Houston, Texas. OFRS was a subsidiary of Enterra Corporation
(EN-NYSE). Enterra has since merged with Weatherford International
(WII-NYSE). Mr. Daniel received a Bachelor of Business Administration
degree from the University of Oklahoma.

Iley J. Barton, Financial Controller (Fort Lupton, Colorado)
Mr. Barton joined LEED Energy Service (LEED) as the Financial Controller
in June of 2001. Prior to working for LEED, Mr. Barton held the positions
of Chief Accountant Ortiz Mine and Accounting Manager at Mesquite
Mine for Gold Fields Mining Corporation; Controller at Castle Mountain
Mine and Operations and Exploration Controller for Viceroy Resources;
Controller for Orvana Minerals; and Controller at Brewery Creek Mine for
Viceroy Resources. Mr. Barton received a Bachelor of Arts in Finance
from the New Mexico State University.

John E. Mueller, District Manager (Rock Springs, Wyoming)
Mr. Mueller joined LEED Energy Services (LEED) as a District Manager in
October 1999. Prior to working for LEED, Mr. Mueller was an Area
Manager for Key Energy and an Area Manager for Dunbar Well Service.
Mr. Mueller has held numerous positions in the oil and gas business in
both drilling and workover services since 1954.

W. Matt Daniel, EH&S/Compliance Manager (Fort Lupton, Colorado)
Mr. Daniel joined LEED Energy Services (LEED) in November of 1998 as
the Environmental, Health & Safety/Compliance Manager. Prior to
working for LEED, Mr. Daniel was a Business Partner (Personal Banker)
for The Bank in Springfield, MO. Mr. Daniel received a Bachelor of Arts in
Biology & Chemistry from Drury University and attended the School of
Professional Studies MBA Program at Regis University. Mr. Daniel has
received the following certifications from the National Association of
Safety Professionals (NASP): Master Safety Administrator, Certified
Safety Manager; Environmental, Health and Safety Management Specialist.

Kathy L. Greer, Accounting Manager (Fort Lupton, Colorado)
Ms. Greer joined Jody's Welding in September of 1983 as a receptionist
and bookkeeper. In 1990, LEED Energy Services (LEED) acquired Jody's
Welding. Ms. Greer is currently the Accounting Manager for LEED.

Joni J. Stoner, HR Manager, (Fort Lupton, Colorado)
Mrs. Stoner joined LEED Energy Services in November of 1992. Prior to
working for LEED, Mrs. Stoner worked at Bo-Ka Jewelers in sales,
repairs and bookkeeping and contracted through Al's Hot Oil Service as
a receptionist and worked on special projects for Amoco Production
Company's Fort Lupton Operations Center. Mrs. Stoner has previously
worked as an Administrative Assistant and an Office Manager for LEED
and is currently the Human Resources Manager. Mrs. Stoner attended
the University of Northern Colorado studying Business Administration.
Mrs. Stoner has been certified a Professional in Human Resources
(PHR) by the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).

Richard F. Dean, Area Manager (Fort Lupton, Colorado)
Mr. Dean joined LEED Energy Services (LEED) in November 1992. Mr. Dean
has held numerous positions at LEED's Fort Lupton, Colorado operation
including Rig Hand; Rig Operator; Truck Driver; Swab Rig Operator;
Dispatcher; DJ Basin Rig Supervisor and was promoted to DJ Basin Area
Manager in July 2003. In addition to working for LEED, Mr. Dean was in
the U.S. Army for three years; worked for Rocky Mountain Well Service as
a Rig Hand and Rig Operator for five years; Olmstead Well Service as a
Rig Operator for four years; and for Oaks Resources as a contract pumper
for two years. Mr. Dean has completed several management courses and
received a supervisory level certification from the International Association
of Drilling Contractors in Workover/Completion Well Control School.
